    •    Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.

    •    International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days.

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

 

3. Shipping Fees

 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery.

 

4. Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

5. No Returns Policy

 

At Lucky Me, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased on our site. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, including sizing, materials, or any other details, please contact us before placing your order.

This policy ensures that all our customers receive brand new, unworn items and allows us to keep our prices competitive.

Exceptions to the No Returns Policy

In compliance with French law (notably Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code), custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.

However, for non-personalized products, consumers residing in the European Union have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to provide a reason or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs. This does not apply if the no returns policy pertains to non-defective, non-personalized items.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

 

While we do not accept returns, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide photos of the damage or defect, and depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or store credit. Please note that claims made after this period will not be accepted.

 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Lucky Me is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you by providing any necessary information, but the resolution will depend on the carrier's policies.

 

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address information, we will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order. If the package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.

 

9. International Shipping and Customs

 

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance processes in your country.
